Peer-To-Peer for 9th - 12th grades today during lunch in room 108

Any Senior who has not gotten a Senior Shirt order form, please see Mr. Hessbrook or Mrs. Casey for a copy. A copy was also sent to the Class of 2024 Google Classroom.

This weekend Ithaca Equestrian Team, comprised of Seniors Alyssa McPherson and Karlee Whitmore and Sophomore Kaylee McPherson, will be competing at the Regional MIHA Meet in Midland for their short at a regional championship.  This will be the team’s 4th appearance at regionals, with a top 2 finish at regionals, they will have shot at a 3rd consecutive trip to the state finals.  Lets wish them luck and come on out to the Midland County Fairgrounds to cheer them on.  There are treats in the office for the girls

Varsity Cheerleaders are selling long stem mum for homecoming, if interested in buying one.  They will continue selling them until the end of the week.  Mum’s are $9.00  Mum’s will be delivered on Homecoming.

Attention High School Students:  there are guest forms in the office for students wishing to bring a guest to the homecoming dance.  Forms  must be turned in the Wednesday before the dance.  As a reminder this dance is for high school students only and for guests under the age of 21.  If your guest graduated from IHS, I do not need a picture ID.  If your guest graduated from another high school I will need a copy of their ID to prove their age.  Any questions please come to the High School Office.

After School Study is open today from 3:10-4:00. See Ms. Dailey, Mrs. Jorae, or Ms. Lehner.

Freshman: We will be working on our float next week (October 2-October 6) immediately after school in Mr. Marcy’s room. 

Ithaca Public School is offering a new Food program. Students here at Ithaca High School are preparing for takeoff with “Global Eats,” a new program from food service partner Chartwells K12 that invites students on a journey to explore the unique ingredients and authentic flavors from cuisines around the world. Beginning next week, students  will make “stops” at four different countries, traveling first through Mexico, Italy, India, and China. Each week, new menu items will be introduced featuring the unique ingredients and authentic recipes from each featured country that were created in partnership with a series of celebrity chefs who specialize in global cuisines. · Mexico: Dishes are simple yet packed with fresh flavors like lime and cilantro and the heat of peppers and spices.
